The hotel had a super location next to Christ Church. Set nearby a bus stop, it was great for travelling.

The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We got lost once and the manager came to find us. The room and common areas were spotless, with lovely finishing touches. The location was great, with a short walk to a bus stop for easy access to the city. Parking was available and felt safe. Liesbeth at reception was fantastic, communication was excellent. Breakfast was simple but perfect with fresh fruits and cereals. The renovated Victorian residence was grand and tastefully styled. Karl, the owner, was an amazing host. Highly recommended. Bus stop nearby, nice park nearby. Rooms were modern and comfortable with ensuite.

A beautiful Victorian residence, very carefully renovated to retain a sense of the grandeur and gracious living of the past. With spacious rooms, large windows, high ceilings, and original period features, the whole house is welcoming and filled with light. The owner has tastefully restored and styled each room individually to suit contemporary living standards. The property is very well positioned with parking and easy access by bus and train into the city.

The road out the front is very busy and quite noisy, which can affect the front bedroom. Not many choices for food nearby and although there is a communal kitchen, there is no stove.

The breakfast was. well, it was there. The airport was conveniently close, so I got to leave this noisy, foodless place quickly. And oh boy, the free WiFi, a true modern luxury!

Good for catching the bus into town and a nice park nearby. The owner, Carl, was a fabulous host. Breakfast was serve yourself and very adequate. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms.
